That one that works the counter is RUDE! The one with the nasty looking stringy hair about shoulder length.... She needs a muzzle. Instead of listening she shoots off at the mouth before trying to fix the problem. They have better locations with much better customer service!

Went in and asked for a hookah pen. They sold me an e cigarette instead and weren't even paying attention to me because the manager and employee were too busy having a conversation. Now they won't let me get a refund over a mistake that THEY made due to "health concerns". But if you were paying attention to me the first time you would've gotten it right.
