These folks are incompetent and cruel. My 70 year old wife went to Kenya to visit her missionary friend. While there, she was struck by a motorcycle and suffered brain damage, a broken arm that required a plate and stitches. While in the hospital and before her scheduled return flight, the good Christians at "Love to Travel" cancelled her nonrefundable ticket. She tried to make arrangements to make her regular return flight and was told by the love to agent that it would cost her between $1,000 and $4,000 more to come home and that they wouldn't do anything about it for days because they were shutting down for the long holiday weekend.  Shame on them.

I live in Sandpoint and used this agency for my trip to Europe.  Jan did a wonderful job and we were very happy with the hotels that she chose.  She worked with our shoestring budget, and we had an amazing trip.  One travel agency in town actually told us that it was impossible to go to Europe for the price we wanted, but Love to Travel made it happen.  Another great thing is that I did not have to drag my two young children into an office to plan the trip.  We did it all over e-mail and one or two phone calls.  It worked out great and I would highly recommend Love to Travel.
