Just biked over with my laundry at 430PM on a Friday and the place is apparently closed. When I looked inside I saw the woman who's usually there lounging on her chair and when she saw me she pulled her feet back so I wouldn't see her. Tried calling but the phone # is no longer in service. This place is horrible. The hours posted are not what times that it's actually open. I've shown up at 9AM only to have to wait until 1030AM when the woman decided to show up.  It's supposed to be closed on Tuesdays, but it's closed when ever this woman feels like taking the day off. How is it still in business?

My wash was uneventful. Average place . Previous reviews are probably written by whining losers.

I only needed to dry my laundry since my dryer broke and they have a "no dry" policy which is understandable if the place is packed but there was literally 1 person in there.  Way to turn down business

I went to this place 2 times in last 1 month. Both experiences were horrible. Lady who runs the place does not understand English and totally disinterested in customer problems. First time I visited this place I tried to get quarter coins for my $10 bill and I found that I got 2 coins short. When I told this to the lady she gave a weird look and murmured I don't care. I tried to explain her problem but it was futile. Second time when I went there with my 4 year daughter it was scorching hot and ceiling fans were turned off and all tube lights were on bright sunny day. When I told the lady that heat is unbearable can you please turn on the fan because my daughter is sweating and feeling uncomfortable? Lady again gave same weird look and said I don't care and did not turn on the fan. I guess she only knows one sentence in English, not sure if she knows the meaning of it. With this kind of attitude in fact now I don't care to go to this place any more :-)

Lovely Laundromat is probably the worst laundromat in the local area. Not only is the building small, it provides a haven for local thieves. Yes, if you do not babysit your clothing, it will be stolen. It happened to me. They have a camera in the facility, however it is non-functioning and apparently only there for show. Because the management doesn’t speak any English and is uninterested in customer concerns, you are SOL if you have ANY problems.
