Been here twice, first time my nails were so bad I went back next day to ask that they re-do, they were pretty rude and not happy to fix them.  They did in the end.  I gave them another shot two days ago, wish I didn't bother.  Gel all uneven,  lumpy, old polish still showing on the sides.  I had to go home and re-shape all my nails.  Bad service, not friendly.  Don't waste your money.

I will never go there again. I made an appointment and when I got there the ladies working totally ignored me and just stared at me. The was talking to each other in their language and just staring at me. Then this other girl (who does pedicures) came out and stratched her crouch! How disgusting is that!!! The place is nasty and when I got up to leave because they had me waiting for 30 minutes then they asked me what I needed! So please stay away from this place!!!!

I wish I could have given negative stars. This place doesn't deserve the one I had to give to move on. I just moved to the area and have been searching for a new nail salon. This place is c*@p!!! The staff was nice until I told them: 1) No I don't want the callous remover. The girls response, "Are you sure? You really need it." FYI..... I get a pedicure every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks, I dont have calluses. 2) No, thank you, I don't want a flower. Response, "Are you sure?" Yes I'm sure. "You have very pretty toes, a flower will look better. You had a design when you came in, I do one for you." Again, no thank you. 3) "Your nails look bad, you need a fill. We can do it for you right now." No thank you, I don't have time right now. She must have asked me 3 times during my pedicure. She got the same answer everytime. Like I said I get my pedicure EVERY 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. I have never had my polish start chipping, and peeling after 3 days!!! NEVER!! Even after a weekend at the river I've never had chipping and peeling like I do right now. On top of all of that ......she tried to charge me $38.00 for the services I said no to!!! WOW.....REALLY?? I won't be headed back here again.

They are very professional. Queen is the best nail tech but they are all so highly skilled. I reccomend this place.
