Gorgeous, lovely state park. I love Connecticut state parks and this is no exception. Great hiking trails, and a gorgeous view of the Housatonic River. The iron bridge is beautiful and is amazing! It's the highlight of the park. The gorge is very pretty and the history behind this place is very interesting! Overall, a great place to hike and enjoy the views.

Great place for a hike with well maintained trails.

The Waramaug Trail on the west side of the Lover's Leap Bridge is about a 2.5 mile hike of easy to moderate difficulty (some uphill/downhill areas). The trail is easy to follow and running parallel to the river, there are some good views.

The Lover's Leap Trail on the east side of the bridge is an old road that is now closed, runs parallel to the river and leads to a scenic overlook on the Housatonic River. Staying on that trail will have a gradual descent to Lover's Leap Road and finish at river level.

It was an amazing trail with a beautiful bridge and the river view was gorgeous. The trails are very short so don't be lazy! Get out there

Very short trials, not many scenaries. Not at all recommended for hiking..It's just a nice place for someone to go for Sunset view.🙂👊

Beautiful park great view from the lookout over the lake after a short walk uphill.  Very nice
