I called to get quote on fixing roof, Chance answered the phone and came out to give a quote.  He showed up on time.  I had more damage and the plywood of portions of the roof was replaced.  James and the crew showed up on time.  They were very professional, curteous, answered all questions.  They took great care of my yard and surrounding home equipment  (a/c, etc).

Chance and his crew are on point. He quoted me on a total roof replacement 3 YEARS ago. A week later our A/C went out. The roof was on hold. Life happens and neither are inexpensive.
Present day, I call Chance he holds the price. Unheard of today, In my experience.  
His crew shows up at exactly 7a.m. And by 2 p.m. they were done. 
 And they even took the time to run a magnet around my yard to pick up the nails. We have a dog so him stepping on a rusty nail was a concern. 
And best of all the roof looks beautiful. You get what you pay for.

I keep getting advertisements in the mail for this guy, Chance, who does windows with Lowcountry Roofing and Exteriors. I would have loved to receive an estimate for windows (for my entire house in addition to a rental property and possibly my Granny's house as well- all of which was made known in the voicemails), but instead, each of my 3 phone calls (spanning over 7 months because I forgot about this guy then got another ad and tried to call him again!) and the voicemails went unnoticed. I never got a return call, text, carrier pigeon or anything. Why even send the ad out if poor, poor Chance is just too overwhelmed to answer his phone to get business? This company is a joke, not real, and a waste of time in my opinion. No one should have to harass a contractor for them to get a call back. RUDE.

We recently purchased a home that needed a new roof, the old one was 16 years old. Lowcountry did a complete new roof. The quote was one of the best and after doing our own research we found Lowcountry the one to go with. The GAF material and the warranty is the best on the market. 
Lowcountry was amazing from beginning to end. Chance explained everything he would use as far as materials and the installation process. His crew was on time 11/18/2016. They also took the old roof off all the way down to the wood and repaired any issues before installing the new materials. They cleaned up every nail and paper from my yard when complete. We can't say enough good things about them. So for our money Lowcountry is the real deal.

Start with I waited about 10 years too long.I Really didn't have much choice being disabled.Had To wait till I had the money to do it. I also have a O.C.D. which really makes it hard to hire anyone.I Take my time look at all the options then hired Who I think is the best in the Lowcountry. They came when they said, they did what they said they would do, then some. First review ever, And they  really deserve it. Trust me if I can't find anything wrong no one will.  They wasn't  the cheapest  they where  definitely the best. Being on Social Security. You really have to spend wisely. you won't go wrong. with Mr chance and low country roofing. I have never been more proud of a deal I made or a contractor that I had hired.Ken Sellers
