Everyone was amazing and helpful. Our salesman, Drew, was great from the beginning. They sold the Jeep we were initially looking at, so when we arrived he had another one lined up for us to look at. We ended up liking that one much better and he helped us through the entire process of getting into it, even coming in on his day off. We will be coming back when it is time to trade our other vehicle in, for sure. Very satisfied!

First and foremost, I’m a new 2LT to the FLW area and not very familiar with the surroundings. I went to a Ford dealership first where the salesman attempted to sell me a Malibu. He was very nice, but I wasn’t convinced I was being offered the best deal. I decided to call Lowe Chevrolet to compare rates. I was quickly drawn in by Ashley who impressed me in with her knowledge and charisma. Upon arriving, I was happily greeted by Drew who already knew my name and the particular vehicle I was interested in. He had the vehicle readily available for a test drive with my name printed out on the inside. Drew took his time with me and made sure I thoroughly understood the ins and outs during the entire sales process. He carefully listened and diligently worked with his counterparts to meet all my requests. He definitely provided exceptional customer service. My deal was then closed by Michael who did an amazing job working his magic to get me the best lender. Extremely proficient and professional service from beginning to end. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend Lowe Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you do business here, you will not be disappointed.

Drew and his team were excellent in helping us obtain a truck when we needed to add an additional vehicle to the family. They were great with finance and all around. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle

Shout out to Alexis, Jodi, Mike and this dealership’s whole Chevy team. This is an award winning team who ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction is exceeded and the best available deal is done for the customer. I have totally enjoyed working with The Lowe Chevy team for over 16 years. I won’t ever go anywhere else to purchase any brand or model vehicle. These folks are top notch.

Found a great deal on a loaded used Mazda with low miles on the internet. Only problem was Lowe Chevrolet was a 5 hour drive from where we live in Arkansas. Called Saturday morning and talked to Ashley, who said the car was still there and had me apply for credit online. 15 minutes later, we're approved.. We jump in our car and drive 5 hours and it's 50 minutes till closing when we arrive. The Mazda is sitting out front waiting, and after a quick test drive, we do the paperwork. The whole process took about a half hour. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and made us feel appreciated. And, since we drove so far, they even filled the tank. Oh, and the Mazda was FANTASTIC on the 5 hour trip home. To the folks at Lowe, thank you all so much for the best car-buying experience ever!!!
