New store, well actually about 2 years old now. But the layout and design is completely different then other local stores. ***please note that if you order something online and go into the store to pick it up there's a separate online order pickup door. When you walk through the first set of entrance doors look to your immediate right and you will see the entrance.*** If you continue straight after walking through the first entrance door and go through the second set of doors that will lead into the store. If your looking for returns, after walking through the first set of entrance doors walk through the doors that are on an angle on the right hand corner.

Customer service is rough. Delivery wasn't made on time and it was tough to get someone on the phone to make the change. I couldn't be too much more frustrated. I paid more than the deal available at HomeDepot, in order to get "next day delivery".

A clean and spacious home improvement store with a massive inventory. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but during peak hours they can be spread thin. Huge selection and pleasant atmosphere vs other DC options. Easy in/easy out due to ample parking lot and right of South Dakota Ave near US50.

As a contractor, I have tried to avoid Lowe's. This one is literally 3 minutes from my home so I occasionally visit this location. Today was a good visit. The store has always been clean but today it sparkled a little bit more. I have found that it has always been difficult to get someone to help me find the things. Not today. I wanted parts for a ceiling fan and as I walked to toward the ceiling fans, a Lowe's team member walked up to me and offered their assistance. I don't recall that ever happening here before. Keep up the good work.

I was expecting my delivery the whole day. No one gave us a call. My workers were doing nothing with out having the delivered material. At the end of the day I tried to reach lowes , Washington Dc. After multiple attempted calls, I was transferred to customer service. I was on hold for total 55 minutes prior to resolving the issue with out satisfactory answers. I have never come across a poor customer service care like this. No one knows why the delivery was not completed. They were sorry as they don't have a control on 3rd party delivery company. Hey I purchased the materials trusting lowes ...not the 3rd party company. I will not recommend purchasing items from this store.
