My wife has a 30 year old statue lamp from her childhood which recently burnt out. The socket adapter was burnt and frayed. I'm not an electrical guy, so I sought help at this Lowe's and was assisted by Rudy. He walked with me to find what I was looking for and even opened the packaging to see if the assembly contained all the right parts necessary to restore the lamp so that my wife can have it ready for our baby when she arrives in December. It's a simple lamp, but Rudy went above and beyond to help me. Customer service like that is very rare these days and is very much appreciated!

I wish there was a zero stars. Do NOT buy appliances from this store. They delivered our refrigerator damaged four months ago, and we have been given the run around for months to try to get it replaced or returned. Every time I call, it is like Groundhog's day and I have to start over again - they never do anything they promised in the previous phone call. We are at the point where we are going to start to call television stations in order to get an acceptable response from Lowes. I will never buy anything from them ever again. They don't care about their paying customers. Do not give them your business.

The guy at the hardware counter really knows his stuff. He also knows the store pretty much in and out. So if you're stuck he's the guy you hope is at the counter. He looks like the redneck version of Albert Einstein and definitely deserves a raise.

Still waiting on a credit from April. We had a salesman come out and set us up to have fencing installed. He was very nice but whoever measured and ordered the materials made a mistake and ordered too much. So the installers took the extra material back with them. So I am still waiting on my credit. They gave me a partial credit 3 months later. But they still have not credited me for all the extra materials. And the manager said he was going to take care of it and call me back. Here we are in October and no call back and no credit. I will be using Home Depot now. This is horrible service. Especially since it wasn't even our fault. They're not even sorry for their mistake. They make it seem like your bothering them by calling and asking for your credit. Fencing is not cheap. So yes I would like my credit. Is that so wrong?

THE WORST! I called specifically to see if the glass cutting machine was working. I was told yes but I asked the woman who answered to please double check. After literally 35 minutes on hold I was told yes. I went to the store which is not right around the corner from me. Guess what? Of course the machine wasn't working! Lowes sucks.
