Great Customer Service. Almost every time I am in the store the employees ask if they can help me with anything. They're always helpful and always strive to help with my project needs. Earlier this week I had a unique situation. I had an idea as to how I could fix my problem. As I was looking for a product the man over the area listened to my situation and then suggested I go to talk with a specific person in the screen and door area. As I talked with her about my needs, she realized what would work best for me and walked me over to another department. Yes, I had to walk around the store, but the employees helped me find the best solution to my problems. Who knew that I would end up using gutter screening to prevent Legos from falling through my register vent?!?

There is a problem when gaggles of store employees treat you as an inconvinence. Gone are days of thorough customer service. Skylar in "self-service" was especially rude; the pitiful cherry on top of a horrid experience.

Nice big box hardware store. Love getting mistinted paint here. Gallons run $5 to $8 five gallon buckets $18 to $25.
