Blk Fri BUSY  n that's ok.  Lots of ppl and associates, but my beef is why were their aisles blocked?  No way to get a cart with lumber supplies down it...go around...up n down...ugh!  Friendly staff tho. Yup!

Helped to find piece of correct size would and cut it for us. Wheelchair accessible. Very good customer service.

I bought a medicine cabinet from this Lowes store and was disappointed. When I opened the box to get medicine cabinet out, I was missing clips for the shelf, missing the knob and screws. I took it back to Lowes and exchange for another one and the same exact thing happened!! But this time there was a scratch on the mirror, and guess what the associate did at the return desk, TOOK HIS FINGER AND LICKED IT AND RUBBED THE SCRATCH OUT!!!!! How disgusting is that? The store manager Chris Ballinger which name is on the receipt, never did show up to help discuss the problem. Never offered a discount or anything on another medicine cabinet. Terrible service especially twice on the same medicine cabinet and no respectable response to the issue.
