Have seen better service at a yard sale. $400 grill and had to get on intercom myself and ask for help loading it. After spending 25 min trying find someone to help me find the grill I wanted. After they couldn't find it I upgraded and had to argue for 10
Min to get a discount due to them not having what said was in stock. The girl who rang me up didn't suck ass she was nice

Rudest, most unknowledgable, and unhelpful employees in any Lowe's I have been in! Wanted to tell me could not return an UNOPENED BOX OF UNCUT WIRE when sign in front of me at car desk says if uncut unopened or can be returned. I had to wait 20 plus minutes so she could get approval, when o asked her manager why she was very ugly said because wire sticking out of box... Uh yeah that is how every box of that kind of wire sitting on the shelf looked also. I have never had trouble or been treated the way I have the few times I have when I had no choice but use the Waycross GA location Ilat yhe one in my home town of Douglas GA. Employees there would never treat or act like these in Waycross do ONLY go here if I have no other choices available!

Does anybody care about customer service anymore?  Let's open another register so people don't have to stand in line so long.  And why don't people smile and thank you for choosing their business to shop?

You can never get help at lowes. Today they were just standing around and shooting the breeze. I needed help and got none.
