Store is always well stocked and clean. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant when answering my questions and helping me find what I am looking for. I enjoy shopping here. I've bought appliances, Christmas trees and decorations, tools and supplies for DIY projects... I've had a good experience in every department.

I wish there was a way to give a positive review but I just can't. It almost two months to receive the microwave I ordered just because I wanted white. Installation was another problem, it was there then it wasn't. Once installed it was discovered that it was damaged prior to shipping. Lowe's promised a lot but was very short on delivery. It took over a week just to get an adjustment on the price. I don't have much hair left, I pulled most of it out.

I went in looking for small palm trees for my pool/yard area and Eugene went above and beyond assisting me to pick the right ones and made sure he picked the palms that seemed to be the most full and then took time to explain to me how to care for them and the timeline before I would have to transfer them from the pot to the ground. He further explained how and when I would need to fertilize them. He did such an amazing job of explaining that I ended up purchasing a "mature" plant that was sitting for about 2-3 months .. I got a great markdown on it and I feel I can successfully bring it back to life..time will tell! When you need great advice on picking just the right plants..definitely see Eugene in the outdoor department at the Surprise, AZ Lowe's!!

Store stays well stocked, BUT I walked past 6 associates in the garden area's entrance and not 1 spoke! The only reason I gave a 2 is because I always get good customer service at the paint and plumbing areas.

Nice store, very friendly staff. I needed some help with a small plumbing job and Lowes got me all set up. It's nice to go to a big box store and have people help you. A lot of other stores it's really had to find people to help you but everybody was very helpful and nice. I would come back in the future if I need anymore household repair items.
