We contracted with Lowes to do a bathroom remodel and some other renovations. I was told I was getting mirrored sliding doors for the bedroom closet 5 times and they were not on there. If I want them, I have to pay more. The shower tub has huge gaps between the wall pieces and the wall and tub. Water can get in there and get behind the tub and walls causing rotten wood, mildew and mold. The walls are then and flex if you touch them. We have talked to Lowes numerous times about fixing it since November 14, 2017 and to date, they have not even come out to look at it nor have they caulked around the tub and new vanity. The paint job was beyond sloppy with trim paint on walls and wall paint on tub, marble counter top, no caulking or sanding leaving holes in trim and lumpy walls. And the contractor said they could paint the ceiling and so we paid for it and some other things that he said they could do. Then when they came out, the workers said they could not do those items. And now Lowes will not refund my money for those jobs. The painter was a no show for two days and did not come until 2:30 on two other days and wanted to work through the night while we were trying to have dinner. Basically, it has been a sickening nightmare and we cannot get any resolution. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH LOWES FOR ANY REMODELING. They tell you that your are getting X, Y, & Z and then substitute a cheaper item and leave off items when quoting you the price and then tell you that you that you have to pay if you want the items your were promised.. The work is extremely poor and now we are out over $7000 for work that has either not been done or will have to be re done by another reputable contractor. I wish I could post a video of the walls flexing. The last photos are of the tub gaps and the caulk which fell out on day 3 when I went to use the tub.

When shopping for my washer and dryer the customer service was fantastic and efficient. While looking around before heading to the cashier I found that the earlier delivery date would actually work for me. I asked the cashier if she was able to change the delivery date and she stated that would not be a problem. As I sit and wait, I find that apparently there was a lack of communication. While the cashier was able to change my delivery date as requested the customer service rep in appliances was going over her reports later, found the change and instead of asking about it, changed it back to the original date. Now there are too many deliveries to fit mine in today.....Not a very happy customer right now.
