Lowe' s is a good place to shop. In my opinion, the service is better and more available than at Home Cheapo. Both make it easy to do one stop shopping. And that is my issue. All this huge, Big Box stores like Walmart, etc. Cost a little less and make more available in one stop. Sounds good, right? Then all the little guys go out of business and you only have big box. Then they raise prices or offer terrible service and you have no where else to go.

I have been in this store for over an hour. I have asked multiple people the same question each employee gave a different response so I have been running around trying to find my item with no help. I then go to get next item on my list which is a shower head. I walk around to find where they are. So I try to locate a team member to help as I am not a plumbing expert. I walk up to the washer/dryer area where I see that 8 employees are gathered around just hanging out so I approach they all look but say nothing for like 10 minutes and then they finally ackknowledged my exist just to say we don't know anything about them. By far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I will no longer shop there and will tell others about this unfortunate event.

Built a bed frame this past summer. Decided to use Lowe's for my parts and lumber. Wish I hadn't. My bolts were too small because they were sorted into the wrong container without me knowing. The lumber was all warped and had huge gashes in almost everything. I think I ended up getting about 5% of what I needed from this store. Went next door to Home Depot and got every single thing I needed, lumber was in great condition and paid about half as much as I would have at Lowe's.
Probably won't set foot in Lowe's again unless Home Depot moves out.

I think Lowes is a great store. They've always have what they advertise and I love their 10% military discount.

Had a rug installed yesterday 12/20/17 Installers did a fantastic job courteous and very clean , but why do I have in my garage enough rug left over to do another room Lowes sent a person prior to measure why did I have to pay for all that carpet hmmmmm
