Come in to get a simple ladder....for some reason that have it all the way by lumber. Which makes no sense. Get to the to where the ladders are and they have it blocked off because they have a forklift in the aisle. No one around using it. Just a great place to park it. Could not find anyone who can operate this forklift. So I just walked out. What a waste of time! Normally a good place...this must have been there "We Don't Care For Our Customers" day. Good job Lowes...way to let down your customers.

If customer service and professionalism is something you expect when your spending your hard earned money then head elsewhere. I’m moving into a new home In the area by this Lowe’s and need blinds. After arriving I found the employee that sets up the appointment for a installer to measure the windows. However, she had no idea what she was doing. She was friendly but that can only go so far while your waiting as she makes phone call after phone call to another employee asking how to input information into the computer. You would think after the third call the person would walk over and help since she obviously having trouble. Nope. We waited while she fumbled through the whole process. I was told that we would get a call before the installer came out to measure and the time frame would be between 4pm and 6pm. I had to work so I gave them my fiancé number to call before they came. The installer called just before 3pm and stated he was on his way. My fiancé let him know that she’s not in the area because we were given the times between 4pm to 6pm. He rudely told her that he’s in the area now and she let him know again that she wasn’t. He then said even more rudely “what time do you want me there then?” Had I have known this right away I would of canceled the order right then and there. I was at work and didn’t find out til after I cancelled the Order. My Fiancé doesn’t like conflict and tries to always go with the flow and be kind. What brought me to cancel my order was that after all those issues the installer couldn’t even count how many windows I have in my home. He missed a window. Mind you, I only have 13 windows. How can you have any Confidence in an installer who needs to be precise in measurements for the blinds but can’t count windows? I called Lowe’s to get a refund. I told them how he missed a window. The response I received floored me. The employee asked me if I had anyone there to help him? My experience is that you will have trouble setting up an installer to come out. The installer will be rude. When he does come he will be unqualified and you will need to have someone there to “help him” as I was told when I wanted my refund. I went down the street to Home Depot and was able to set up an installer within 5 minutes with a employee who was trained on how to do their job.

This time around in Lowe's I was grateful that I was able to get help from two knowledgeable ppl. They were great. Even one young lady wasn't sure so she asked immediately. It is good to know that Lowe's is improving.

We were trying to find a plastic that would divide our aquarium to fit two beta fish. Customer Service helped us with our inquiries and even informed us what we can use and what we can't use. He is helpful

Today my father and I decided to go to Lowes specifically the one in Sierra Lakes, to buy patches of grass. We bought 30 rolls of grass. When asked if we needed help we said yes expecting someone to come over. No one showed up and my father had to carry all 30 pieces into the car with no help. There were many employees in the store, but not one came to help, very disappointing.
