Walked in looking cut mirror and 2 ladies told me they don't cut glass at Lowe's. I continued to look for the cut glass/mirror isle. I found it at the hardware department. I needed assistance at the hardware department. Asked 2 associates that were chatting for help. They were standing right in front of the hardware desk. They replied that someone will be there shortly. They continued to chat. It was about 5 minutes when one of them finally lifted the phone and paged someone to come to the hardware desk. He then walked away. I waited there another 5 minutes. It wasn't until I saw a button that read "press here for assistance" that i finally got a response. Everyone rushed to the hardware desk once the automated page was continuously repeating over the intercom. Finally got some help on a mirror I needed. I asked where can I find the hardware to hang the mirror, they said I can find it in the next Isle and walked away.  I went through that isle 5 times up and back found nothing. I went through the whole hardware department and nothing. I then asked for help again, no luck. I looked around one more time and proceeded to check out. Looks like they are not concerned about the customer experience or making sure I leave with what I was looking for. Let me give HD a try.

I went into the store looking for a heater. Two employees told me that the heaters were going on sale the next day and they will be at the front of the store. I went early the next day. The heaters were in the front but I  couldn't find an employee to help me. I went to customer service where a very rude women didnt want to help me. She told me to look for the person in charge of that area, like if I knew who I was looking for. Then I asked her if she can plz find the person for me and she did with a face of annoyance. Then I was told that I was lied to and that they are not on sale. Horrible experience! Nobody wanted to help and the one's that did lied.

Lowes takes care of veterans, in many ways. I feel appreciated their. They have great customer service. Lowes is  great place to find building materials for small and large projects. Make sure to sign up for My Lowes and use it when you check out, so you don't have to worry about lost receipts.
