Worst experience (actually second time this has occurred with delivery from Lowes - I have now learned my lesson to never get a delivery from them again). Ordered washer and dryer in store (an over $1200 dollar purchase) scheduled delivery and was told I would receive a call the night before with a 2 hour window. Never received the call. I called Lowe's in the morning to see if it was going to be delivered, they couldn't find my order in the system, was told that since the store was new the delivery couldn't be tracked through the 1-800 number...not true since actually the store had been there since the mid- 1990s...they then figured out it would be delivered between 6-8 PM. Then got a call from a Lowe's in New Jersey stating that they wanted to find out what happened to our order, we are obviously in VA not NJ. We never received a call  call 30 mins prior to delivery, and no one at Lowe's knew the status of delivery. A truck showed up at 8:30 PM to deliver. When I met them at the door they asked me if I knew the washer we were getting was dented..(of course I did not and why would I want a dented unit). He said the store was supposed to offer you 10% off; however, they had never called to let us know that and we didn't want a dented unit. We told the 3rd part delivery guys to return the units and currently I am on hold with Lowe's 1-800 trying to cancel the order and give my business to Home Depot. This was the second time I had an issue with Lowe's delivery and it will be the last time I give my business to Lowe's. What a waste of a Sunday!

I was totally disappointed that it took an hour for me to get a vanity that the called and said it was ready for pickup. On top of that, no one asked me for assistance to load an 221 lb item on my truck... good thing I'm patient and strong.

Only 2 stars because, dd had 4 keys made at store. In MANASSAS and only 2 work. I'm from Stafford, VA.
 
Both my parents have been in the hospital in the last month. So I HAD to have them made of there house.
Very sad to say now I have to WAST my time to take 2 keys THAT don't fit .

The man Grover that helped me was very nice. Other wise this would be a 1 star.
Grove was fast, friendly.

The lady who checking me out WAS very friendly,fast,also gave me my MARINE DISCOUNTS.
Thank you for THAT.

I just pray you take bake the2 🔑 keys

I learned a lot from the orientation program at Lowe's today 12-16-2017. I am extremely happy and can't wait to start working, learning  more and gaining more and more  experienced.
