We had a very good experience in Lowe's. We went to pick out the paint for our 9 yr old daughter's room. The lady in the paint department was very help and very kind to our daughter. She even assisted her in helping to choose the color to tint the chalkboard paint. We had no Idea we could do that. She was awesome. And the associate in the carpet section was very kind to let us have a seat at his table to spread out our paint samples for our daughter to choose a color for her walls. Our 9 yr old is very pleased with the colors she choose. Thanks to the very helpful people at Lowe's.

My parents ordered us a microwave and range for Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered between 9:30 and 11:30. I called at noon when they didn’t show and got another call back that it would be delivered between 1:30 and 3:30. The men came, very professional however I was given a microwave that had a damaged box and had been opened before. After examining the microwave it was dented and was missing all of the paperwork and the turn plate and screws. Called Lowe’s who apparently don’t care, was told I can bring it in to exchange however they don’t have one so I will have to wait on their next shipment. So disappointed with the customer service I received.

As a long-time customer of Lowes I'm extremely disappointed in attempting to purchase a shower stall and have it installed. After finally being able to talk to a employee in plumbing I was informed they no longer had anyone to install shower stalls. However he referred me to the contracting department because what I need is someone to move a hot water heater and sink in order to install the shower. Three efforts to contact somebody in that department resulted in no response. Finally a face to face in the store and arranging a specific time for the project to be looked at in my home, no one showed up. No phone calls, no nothing even to tell me they were not interested. I would definitely have second thoughts about using Lowe's to install anything anymore.

This store delivered us a damaged refrigerator, not once, but TWICE. Their delivery people were two hours late the first day and three hours late the second day. The people were nice about it and after speaking with the Service Manager twice, were given a 20% discount on the item. On the fifth day of use, the freezer door began to scrape the bottom of its upper right hinge. Lowes Service Advantage service company for this area cannot come out for 12 days. The problem is only going to get worse. My plan is to email the store's Customer Service Manager and let him know this, and also that we will not be responsible for any further damage to the refrigerator as a result of an almost two-week delay in service.

My wife and I ordered a vanity 31 December 17. After two weeks we called for a status, the vanity was never ordered. We liked it so placed the order again. Lowes told us the vanity was already built and in South Carolina, that they would have it shipped, and that we should receive it by the 22nd of Jan. On Jan 22nd we called for a status. Not here. The manager told us that he didn't know why we were told about a delivery before the 22nd because the manufacturer has a minimum time for construction and shipping. Finally it supposedly showed up at the store, almost a month later. I was not called for a delivery time so I went to the store to ask why, when I got to the store they said that it waa already picked up. I was furious. Small tools are good but larger items, they just can't do it. Never order from this store.
