Was looking for 1/2" drill to replace 30 year old one.   2 different employees were very helpful finding the best replacement and sandpaper I wanted.  The checkout clerk was not only polite but noticed I had my Marine Vietnam  veteran hat on.  I was thanked for serving and given a discount on all my items.
I will highly recommend Lowe's to all my neighbors.

amazingly polite customer service doing what they can as always but this was the third time they didn't have what we needed nor any clue as to exactly what is was or where to find it.. guess we better head for Jerry's!!

I was super impressed by the service here. I always shop at Lowe's, but this store goes above and beyond. The store manager himself hopped on a register to get us through faster. Everybody was eager and willing to help, even on a busy summer day. Made my in-and-out trip very enjoyable.
