Zero stars if that existed. Placed order online for pickup same day. Received message that order was in "process" at 2:15 pm then no word. Called store next day after 5pm (24hrs+). One woman answered the phone and rudely put me on hold with "gimme a minute..." She then came back and asked for my phone number and talked over me and didn't hear the number. She put me back on hold because it wasn't "coming up" even though I gave her the order number as well. She put me back on hold and another woman picked up the phone and rudely asked what I was holding for, she also asked for the phone number, etc. total repeat of the first person. She confirms that it is ready except for one item...which they cancelled! She informed me that I "should have received an email" because it was 9:30PM when they figured out that they didn't have the item and it was too late to call...implying that it was somehow due to courtesy to the customer and not calling late. Why were they pulling an order at 9:30 pm when it was placed before 2pm for pick up that same day? Why was not email sent stating what was done? And why are they so rude when it was an error on their part. She apologized "for the inconvenience" but she "can't speak to something she had nothing to do with the night before.." Wait, there's more! My husband when by to pick it up after I confirmed that it was ready and the guy there tells him to come back tomorrow! Worst customer service ever!

Perfect place to shop if you don't need any assistance. Asked 3 different people for help and they called for help but no one came. I left and just placed a online order. hopefully someone puts my order together.

Like this store, most of the time is not crowded. You are in and out very quick unless you choose to look around. People that work here are very helpful

Rude people. Lady on golf cart driving around every min 5. If your pullimg a trailers you better hurry up and move or else.

Worst Installation department ever. I contacted 5 times in one months and they always says that they will come to my house to fix my door lock but no one shows up from last one month. go for home depot , they have better customer service and they are quick for problem solving.
