They have everything you could possibly need as a home owner. They are as friendly as you expect now a days. I have given up on finding anyone with superb interpersonal skills in Pueblo. We recently bought a home and these guys became invaluable to us. We are here weekly for just about everything. If we ever have any questions the associates are knowledgeable or will find someone else who can answer, and most the time the prices are competitive. Sometimes if you go later at night it can be tough to find an employee but other than that-no complaints. Also, the MyLowes membership is great for those "what did we buy last time?" moments.

I  waited 45 minutes , for help , to make a purchase of just $455.00. The gentlemen that was helping us at first , got so busy in plumbing, he was swamped .Numerous a total of three employees walked right passed and not once asked us if we needed help!  So I  went and asked if we could get some help, from abother employee in appliances, and instead of offering to help , he paged the employee in plumbing,  who again!  Was super busy.  After 20 minutes passed the employee in appliances,  went to the gentlemen that is still busy with customers and tells him in person that we are waiting for help ! Again still not offering  any help ! After waiting another 25 minutes,  I loaded up myself the items , and went to the cashier. I needed help due to a back injury, and I purchased a vanity and toilet, that was stacked fairly high but didn't want to take any chances, or any liability,  again employees walking  right pass ,and  not offering any assistance. I also am in customer service, and have a two foot rule, if you come within 2 feet of customer you first acknowledge the by greeting them ! And ask if the have been helped, and what we do to assist!  Very poor  customer service .I thought this should be addressed thru mgmt! I am a loyal  Lowes customer

Never enough help !! And let's not forget about the rude workers, if you don't like your job , I'm sure someone would appreciate it, too many people working that don't know there immediate area . Maybe Home Depot can help, I contract and don't need it!!!

A very good store.  The minute I walked in the doors there were people who said can I help you.  Found what I needed  was out in 10 minutes.
