Adequate customer service.  Most the employees seem frustrated or upset. Though this store is rarely crowed, help with inquires is hard to find. My last visit I was treated poorly by the department manager in the flooring section. This is the same guy that sold me stuff that I didn't need, figured that out after conferring with a tiling professional. I will not return. Going to the north side where they are friendly. Even home depot has turned thier store around.

Average experience. ...staff is generally knowledgeable ,  but long wait times to get help..  The guy in the blinds area, Pauly is very helpful.  The kitchen guy lost a sale cuz he wouldn't answer the phone.

This store is hands down one of my favorite places to shop.  Customer service is outstanding.  Kindra and Patrick in the appliance department of the Pueblo Northside store were fantastic.  Thank you.

Wrote a personal check that was declined for no reason. We called the check approval company and they gave no reason. We called our bank and they said we have no issues and that it must be their issue. Considering going to Home Depot instead, don't need the hassle.
