The pro desk at the Destin Lowes is the worst performing prodesk that I visit in the 23 States I serve. Their ability to think about what's best for the customer in the most basic terms is completely lacking and it seems like they take joy in not helping customers every chance they get. I just walked into the store and told them I needed to buy 5 pallets of mortar and have it delivered to a job near one of their stores in South Florida. Very simple. These people had no latitude to figure out how to do it even though I stood at their desk talking to them for 30 minutes. I will not waste any more time shopping at Lowe's

Some of the associates are very competent but they are few and far between.  The phone rings off the hook and the department service is non existent.  Ace hardware has associates that are all competent and begging to serve you. Why can't Lowes find them.

What a mess!  Understaffed and disorganized, this is an incredibly frustrating shopping experience.  I'll go to Ace on Marco and pay more, they have enough people working that you can get help and find what your looking for.  The Lowe's employees I've dealt with are also knowledgeable and helpful, I just think the store is very poorly managed.  Shelves are in disarray, even when the website says something is in stock, it can be difficult to find items.  Sometimes they're still on the receiving dock, or somewhere where you wouldn't expect them to be.  It seems there is always only one checkout open, and I've never seen the self checkout open in about three years.  Plan on bringing a book or your cell phone to check email and keep yourself occupied trying to buy stuff.  I was all set to buy a power washer and other items, would have been about $500 purchase.  Got tired of waiting when there was some sort of issue with a customer in front of me, heaven forbid if there is a problem, it takes a rocket scientist and a long time for the poor checkout person to deal with it.  Ended up buying everything on Amazon.

When you look for something, they dont have it. When you look for help, there is none. What I hate is when HomeDepot will have something Lowes doesnt have and/or vice versa.  Then you have to be going to two places for something they BOTH should have.

Terrible Customer Service from this East Naples store...We purchased a fridge in October for my Uncle who is in his 90's, and the unit was supposed to come with an Icemaker.  After numerous calls and several store visits, we have yet to receive our promised icemaker (that was supposed to be "Free" with the purchase of this Fridge).  My Uncle has to carry bags of Ice home from Publix, thanks to the Management Team at this store.  Totally Unacceptable and unlike the usual Customer Service at any of the other Lowes that I have shopped at.
