Great experience, very clean store. Came in to pick up air filters for my company and, Al came quickly to help. Even brought me a cart knowing it was going to be alot to carry. Much appreciated. Will be shopping here from now on. Quick and painless.

I strongly believe this is a location and staffing issue at this particular store.  I've had good experience with other lowe's locations.  General staffs lack all knowledge to perform their work efficiently.  Simple tasks take them forever or they are not capable of performing the tasks at all.  Impossible to speak to someone over the phone, if someone answers the phone, they either keep transferring the call, making you wait and forget about you, and if you are connected, they do not know what they are doing or giving me wrong information.  I had to make several trips to pick up products I ordered, and wasting my time to come back again and again.  Special order made in person at the store back in October 2017, still I didn't receive the product. It's Jan. 2018.  I elevated this issue to Lowe's HQ, and they don't seem to care much.  Better get your act together Lowe's if you even think of competing with Home Depot.  This will be my last dealing with the Lowe's store.  I will not shop here, period.

What a nightmare!  I ordered online (a few cabinets) and then get a call saying that one of the items cannot be delivered, and I have to call the store to Cancel the item, and then RE-order it over the phone..  I call.. and they gave me the National number, so they have no idea what I'm talking about....  after 3 transfers and about 10 people... I finally get the awful Union store... -  I do get 2 people who are actually helpful and nice, but I was then on hold for 45  F_()*$@@#in minutes, and NO ONE ever got back on the phone to help..  I called from another phone, and was put on Hold immediately, and never got anyone to answer..  TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE...-

Really wish I could give it no starts. Customer service is the worse.. stood around for a hour just to buy a shed asked 3 people for help and was told "sorry i don't work this department." Or the best answer was " sorry i don't know anything about that go find someone else". So I go to customer service and waits like 20mins before the girl was done talking to who ever they where talking to and get greeted by "what do you want" i explained I been waiting for help and how i want to get a shed. Was told to wait and when someone did come i was told "you have to wait cause im spoting so I'll get to when I'm done" so I laughed and said ok ill be by the sheds. And I been waiting here 30 mins. And still no one. Good thing I didn't come by myself.. I asked 2 guys to help me that work here and was told they where busy. This is the last I will ever come to this lowes.

Trying to check out is not very good. Only self checking was working. However the girl in the paint department was extremely helpful
