We bought a refrigerator and it was the easiest purchase we ever made. Everyone involved we're helpful , courteous, and very nice to do business with. Whenever we go to Worcester Lowe's we are made to feel like the most important people in Worcester.

Waited in the blinds area forever, no employees in site.  Trying to order custom blinds so we couldn't just grab and go.  Got to the checkout and cashier came from the register to tell us to go to self checkout. Walked a guy over there and left her customer at the register to do it!  Just wait on people!  Really aggravating. Went to self checkout and of course, there was an issue which took us twice as long.  Employee there was wonderful, thankfully.

Took them over a half hour to find my online order even though I had confirmation numbers, credit card I used and ID. Extremely disorganized. They also told me they don’t communicate with the other stores even though they’re a chain.. so I had to research myself when they clearly had the capability to do so

We got a great deal with the sale item we purchased. BUT the impressive service was what really left us thankful we went to Lowe's

I really prefer Lowes over HD. Even though a little out of the way, better deals, better selection, more helpful staff. Could always use a better corporate mentality and be a more generous employer by cutting the corporate salaries to no more than 25% of the Average employee salary.
