Waited for someone to help at the flooring section for an hour but of course no one showed up. I asked one of ladies to help and she was like I punched out and I can't do anything for you. Associates do their best to avoid you in stead of greeting you and asking you if you need help. Place is organized and shelves look good but management needs to focus on hiring friendly associates.

Great place to shop! Shelves generally better organized and complete than other major retail home improvement store. Saved on half the cost of custom-built kitchen cabinets by getting them here, and found numerous clearance items from 2017 Xmas sale! Kudos to Branch Manager and employees for consistent quality work.

Popular full size home improvement store. Staff is friendly. I would hope they would open more checkout counters esp when there are more than 3 buyers waiting in one queue. One more thing- Though I looked up a product online and its location on Lowe's website. But when I arrived at the store it wasn't at that location. Had to move around 2-3 aisles to find it.

I recently visited this store for the first time. I was in the market to make a large appliance order. Came here after receiving very poor service at the union store. Recently moved to NJ from Richmond VA where I have received consistently good service at Lowe's. I was assisted by an associate (Xavier) who was beyond professional. He compiled a list of appliances we wanted. Gave us great advice on models. durability etc. Was not just trying to make a sale; I could feel he cared about our experience and wanted the best for us. My wife told me the exactly same thing as soon as we left the store :). Xavier Put our order through the system to see if we qualified for additional discounts and gave us a printout of the details. The total came up to more than we were prepared to spend; so my wife and i took a few days to reconsider options. Returned a few days later and Xavier is there again. Goes through the whole process to get us the best price, processed our order and even called the credit card company to get us a new promotion that was just launched but not in the system yet. I was blown away by the service. I hear "retail" is going away but while its still here people like Xavier do it proud!! Keep up the great work

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff memebers! The interactions that i had with 3 employees was worth sitting in xmas traffic!
