A very large box store filled with everything a home owner would need for any project. A large parking lot for easy in and out. Lots of friendly employees to help you find what you need. It seems more organized than home depot. The store is clean and tidy.

My bf and I went to the Lowe's to look at flooring yesterday evening (10/9) and that's when we met Tyler in tiling. Tyler is amazing! He was so kind and thorough. It was such a joy to work with him because he was so knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to us. We have shopped around at many stores but only Tyler has taken the time to really explain things to us. Buying a home for the first time is overwhelming and scary but Tyler made sure that if we had any questions at all, that he is more than willing to explain to us. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you. Lowe's is lucky to have him!

My husband and I worked with Tim to get a new fridge and dish wahser. He was great!!! Helped us find the perfect one we were looking for in our price range. Didn't try to sell us some fancy expensive thing we didn't need/want. I'll be buying the rest of my appliances from him!

This is generally a good Lowe's location, but today I went in to pick up Lumber and couldn't find a single Lumber cart anywhere in the store that wasn't piled with junk. I counted over 11 carts randomly strewn throughout the store each with miscellaneous items just sitting with no customer or employee working with them. I ended up leaving the store to go somewhere else rather than clean up their mess before I could start loading Lumber.

FRIENDLY people, helpful. Felt a bit "taken" when we were quoted a price then charged another (carpet). Also felt mislead when we were told we'd get 11% back on our order but when it came time to fill out the paperwork, found out it's only 11% of the actual carpet, not the total bill. I'm sure all that is common for them,  but when you're price shopping every detail is important!!!
