I had to finally call in a service request on my washing machine that i purchased a extended warranty on, and they will NOT fix it. what a WASTE of money!! I will now take my business back to Sears- never had a problem with Sears warranty's. Save your money and do not buy any of their appliances!!! They will NOT stand behind their service plan!

Usually nice and clean and well stocked, and always a cashier. Rarely asked if I need help, which is a pro/con depending. My impression is that only a few people know what they're taking about,but they can usually lead you to the right place.

Lowes is a step down from Home Depot, but that may be just fine for most people. You'll find more people buying detergent, light bulbs,  snacks and such. It irritates me when I have to wait in line for people with those kinds of items only when I'm buying lumber, electrical or plumbing stuff.

Went in asked an associate about a car vac because I uber so I want my car clean at all times however I was directed to the car vacuums and the decision wasnt hard its a brand im familiar with and its dependable so it was a no brainer so I went outside to leave and realized my bike keys where gone so I went back in store asked someone in the tool department about purchasing a saw he said u gone sawing for a long time ask management to borrow bolt cutters i said they would do that he said ask man I never know so i went to returns desk and was assisted by Victoria who was extremely nice and seemed like she was a cool person to conversate with long story short got my vacuum got my bike and met some cool people especially Victoria i would recommend this establishment to any one needing home improvement item
