Gotta give them 5 stars just because they are there. This store is set up more for the homeowner.  Home Depot is more contractor oriented and set up that way. Both are great stores and both are unique. I am glad we have both.

Couldn't find a couple of things. Asked at the register. The cashier said that the item was way over there, but she'd ring slowly to give me time to get the product. I asked for her to call for the product, but she again said it's over there. I'll ring slowly. Talk about no understanding of customer service!!! we

We went to the Lowe’s in Hermitage for the first time tonight and Kim was very very helpful and understanding! She went above and beyond to help us track down the bathroom vanity we chose to purchase. Thank you Kim!!

Went to purchase parts to build a temporary power pole for my RV. Lowe's had everything I needed and also matched the prices of a local competitor. I really enjoyed my experience. James in electric was very helpful and helped me find everything I needed.
