The pro desk at the Destin Lowes is the worst performing prodesk that I visit in the 23 States I serve. Their ability to think about what's best for the customer in the most basic terms is completely lacking and it seems like they take joy in not helping customers every chance they get. I just walked into the store and told them I needed to buy 5 pallets of mortar and have it delivered to a job near one of their stores in South Florida. Very simple. These people had no latitude to figure out how to do it even though I stood at their desk talking to them for 30 minutes. I will not waste any more time shopping at Lowe's

They always honor military service with a 10% discount. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They cheerfully load large/heavy bags of soil/mulch. Kind and friendly.

Not happy at all about the return policy. If is has been more then a few weeks and you return something and they can not find your transaction they put it on a store charge card. Sounds good right will here is the problem.  My wife did the return and they asked for her DL. All good this far right. Will when I go to use the card I show my DL and it does not match her's so I can not use the card.. even tho the last names match and I have other thing with me that have her name on it. Ya I was pissed!!  So I call corporate and did not get a call back... Ya so what was a 100% loyal customer is now shopping at HD that I really can't stand.

Associates are usually helpful without acting like you inconvenience them.
Store manager has yet to return my emails seeking help with an ongoing block on making returns though!  Its been over a month...

We ordered a gas range and they delivered an electric one. When I called to figure out what was going on, they blamed it on a "Home Depot model number" being passed to coordinate the order a few months back. Plus, it took us 8 attempted calls to try and set up our appliance installation because they were delivered a month before our kitchen was ready. Three of them said they would call back after getting more info about our order, only one did.
