My fridge died. I needed one ASAP. The folks there (Leah) helped me through the website and what was available. She called me back within 30 minutes and secured a model that was in stock. The drivers came up the next day in a rented U-haul 26 ft. rear wheel drive rig. Really? They gave it their best shot. I ended up towing them into a safe spot and then transporting the fridge 1/8 mile. They walked the same (company policy) to the house to pull the old one out and laid it in my truck. Then I drove the old fridge out to their U-haul truck.... still stranded. These guys were great and very accommodating. I applaud their tenacity... while they waited for the wrecker to get them down the hill. I would have given a 5 star review except for the fact that Lowe's should know that Montana in the winter should require a 4x4 vehicle to deliver. A word to Lowe's corporate - GET a couple of 4X4 vehicles for your delivery people here in Bozeman instead of rented U-Haul trucks! I wasted the better part of a day helping them out.

We received extensive help with our laundry room project in the plumbing department and tile floor department. We found all the employees friendly and ready to help us. Very pleasant experience. Thank you, Lowes!

Lowes lost a very loyal customer today. Not one cash register opened, waited 20 min to get someone in paint and was denied the veterans discount offered by Lowe's despite displaying my VA ID card and Drivers licenses that has veteran stamped on it. The Lowe's in Bozeman is not worth visiting since the Store manager Terry has arrived to manage it. Spend your money at Kenyon Noble.

My husband and I are fixing our house and we love to come here and get stuff we need. It's affordable and you get all the help you can get when you're in here.
