I ordered washer and dryer. Lady who sold us the appliances was great. She let us look then we asked questions and she knew what she was talking about. The lady had us in and out in good timing. The delivery was perfect in time and did great job hooking up new and took the old. Great service.

This store is my go-to for home improvement! The staff are very helpful, and they are committed to giving everyone the most positive experience they can. They also do price-matching for the same product sold at a competitor store in the local area, which is especially great if you qualify for another discount with them!

I love going to lowes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And they have a great variety of products. The store is clean and organized. So far i have not been disapointed

Went to the lumber dept. Found a Lowes associate for help looking for slats for my bed.. The sample I brought with me for sizing was generic but the associate showed me a better wood ...more sturdy..he cut it and I was at check out asap... Point? Didn't spend useless time looking for help... He had suggestions.

The pick up area for online orders was understaffed. Employees saw me standing at a service desk register but they completely ignored me and wandered off. I could have saved a lot of time if I had just went and picked the items I needed off the shelf and checked out. When I was finally able to interact with an employee he had to constantly answer the phone for outside calls, route the calls to the appropriate area and monitor the phone system to make sure the calls were being answered. I was standing right at the register all this time just trying to pick up my items, this process took fifteen minutes and I was the only customer at the service counter.
