Was greeted after walking in the door. That was a good thing. Had no less than 4 employees ask if I needed help with anything. As a woman alone that is a great thing. I had some e gift cards and the cashier knew exactly what to do with them. She was very helpful also. Great experience at the Dixie Highway Lowe's.

Tried to get someone to come to the area where I was shopping for some assistance. One salesperson said she would call someone. We never heard a page and no one ever came. We waited @0 minutes. I used my cell phone to call the customer service desk and someone was paged to my area immediately. After waiting another 10 minutes I purchased something else and left the store. This is not the first time this has happened. If you need to shop at this store, go early in the morning, you might get the service you need in a more timely manner.

this lady at customer service was so rude and talk down to me. I literally had to ask her get her her arm out of her vest so she can type and do her job little bit better..... not including this was like a $1,500 order that was paid for five days previous and nothing was pulled properly and one of the items was sold...

This trip there was much better than the usual trips. Normally, the employees are very rude at this location, but this visit was very different. I went early morning this trip and normally don't have that luxury. If you have that choice, I definitely recommend going early day rather than late afternoon. There is a tremendous difference in the attitudes of their staff.

This was a scouting mission for bathroom renovation ideas and estimates. Bathroom vent fan with a built-in Bluetooth speaker to listen to music while activated. How cool is that? :-)
