Poor customer service!! I would never make an order or ever get a service from this store ever again. I have being trying to get carpet replacement since December, now it is mid March and the work is still not done. I had the guy taking the measurements in November then nobody ever fallows up or called to take my order. After calling over 10 phones calls ( putting me on hold, hanging up, taking messages then never call back) I went to the store 3 times. One time the guy was on lunch break, then the second time the guy didn’t want to take my order because it was 4:20 and he leaves at 5. The assistant manager Victor (who is great and who appeared to be the only helpful person there) finally stepped in and took my order the next day. I waited few weeks to get them then it turned out there was a mistake with the measurements. I had carried it myself from the store to the house. They took it back to the store and nobody told me anything about my new carpets (no fallow up, no expected date nothing) I went the store because I gave up on calling. They said the order is placed and I need to wait. It has being over a month, I don’t know when I will get them or when is the installation. My furniture has being sitting in storage since December. I am paying for storage, putting my closet replacement on hold.. I am extremely disappointed with the type of service.
Today it s March 18th I haven’t heard anything yet from anybody. When I called Lowe’s national and explained my situation, all they did is asking the store manager to call me back, still nothing done!

Friendly staff, but I almost never walk out of here with every thing I needed.  I know where my plumbing and electrical stores are.  This store is good for the very basic stuff.

Always go there first. The workers are either really helpful or completely uninterested. They would get a 5 if they could make that better.

Avoid this particular Lowe's as if it had the Plague based on customer service and management alone. It is the absolute worst, possibly in our many weekly trips to home improvement stores, ever. Not only do most of the employees appear to hate their jobs and seemed bored, their attitudes are rock bottom when it comes to customers, even when simply being asked where something specific is located. This store's only saving grace is Danielle is the paint department. She is very knowledgeable and great to be of assistance, let alone so very cheerful and polite. Beyond that, the store needs a makeover in all ways a store can be improved. If you have anything needed except paint, do yourself a big favor and go further West on Oakland Park Blvd. to Home Depot, ( I don't like Home Depot too much.) but anything is better than going to this Lowe's. Note to Management: unless you want sales to go down and this place to become a ghost town, y'all need to pay attention and fix the problems.
