We went to Lowe's this evening to buy a freezer. We already knew the exact model we wanted, just needed someone to grab it for us from the back as they don't keep them on the floor. We walked around for 30 minutes trying to find someone, finally found a young kid named Christian who obviously didn't know a single thing about anything they sold. He then proceeded to tell us that they wouldn't be able to help us because they were short staffed and there wasn't anyone else on the floor to do it. SERIOUSLY!? what kind of store doesn't want to sell things???? My husband replied with "So, you don't want our money?" he said "Well we just can't help you." And with that we went to Home Depot where they price matched the freezer even though it was a different brand because they value their customers. And that's the story of why we will never go to Lowe's again and are now Home Depot customers for life.

This particular store will hire people with absolutely no experience in home improvement over those who do. They know people with experience will want a better wage. There is a loss in hiring ethic here which has resulted in a very diminished view of this company. This review is based on ethics and received 1 star for this being so blatantly obvious.

Of course the purchase went smoothly but upon delivery of my kitchen appliances, they damaged my floor and counter tops and didn't even plug in my range or hook up the refrigerator to water line, they left the old line attached even and 2 years later they still will not get back to to fix the repairs or address the sold called "claim". If i could give negative stars I would, but sadly you have to check one of the stars to post this review.

Just spent 15 mins in your Bonney lake store. It was a slow Wednesday inside the store and not a lot of customers. My parents and I walked by about 15 employees and all we got were stares. Not one hello, not one person asking if we need help. Literally all employees were standing in groups not helping anyone, just starting. Please train your employees in basic customer service. Just because people look different than them doesn't they all need to stand and stare. Home Depot and McClendon for the win.

Stopped in to Lowe's to pick up items for a dining room table project and needed some advice on making a more sound structure out of some weathered wood. Caleb was an awesome help! He was patient, listened to what we were trying to do and gave us really good advice. He walked us over to the hardware area to help us find some other things we'd need and that's when we met disaster. Greg! Greg was an a**! He cut Caleb off, even put his hand up to him as to say "stop talking." He was condescending and rude with us as well. He acted as if he had better things to do. Ultimately we found what we needed. 4 stars ONLY for Caleb.
