I needed a small 120v electric space heater and even though it's officially spring the temps are still in the 30s and it's not done snowing. In this case it's not done snowing on all the lawn tractors they have sitting out front. To their credit they found a heater for me and retrieved it from a shrink wrapped skid that was up in the rafters. I got the heater purchased and brought home to find that it was a broken heater stuffed back in a box that had been opened before and taped closed. They exchanged it for another one. It worked but it had been opened as well. A quick trip to Lowe's for a simple everyday item turned in to a 2 hour affair. I'd say they need to have better oversight of what they're selling and I'm not sure why you still can't find a simple little heater in March in an Indiana Lowe's store. That's a management problem. The employees were nice, however.

employees are rude went through 5 different guys looking for R15 insulation i told them anderson store had it and i was told “go there n buy it”. the tool section is scattered about in different parts couldnt find what was online and accidentally set off one of the alarms on a dewalt drill told an employee at the desk and he said “bring it to me” probably cause he was fat n sitting on a stool sad someone could have been stealing and he wouldnt budge from his still finally got fed up and went down the road to menards where they alot nicer n willing to help and they had what i was looking for my advice STAY AWAY FROM MUNCIE LOWES!!!!

Joey L. very patiently helped me and my mother. He easily could have told us be couldn't help and sent us on our way but he took the time and walked all over the store to get us what we needed.

We stopped here on our way home to get some ice melt. They had plenty & at a fair price.  Personally,  i really like the Anderson store best! 👌
