Worst customer service on the face of the earth. Customer service manager is an airhead, didn't want to listen. I'm embarrassed to have rate with 1 star, they don't deserve it. This is the Cape May, New Jersey store.

I paid $35 to have a measurement done to replace sliding patio door on April 17th 2018. By May 4th 2018, and after calls to the store on the 2nd, and 3rd, I still did not have an appointment for the measurement. I had to call for a refund so I could move on and spend my $2,000 at Home Depot instead.

For a Lowe's that I am not familiar with they were very helpful with helping me find all the stuff I was looking for it was great

Working on my 3rd day of trying get my tile i ordered.Was supposed to be delivered on 2-21-18.I went to pick the tile up.Was told they don't where it is.Was told would get a phone call no-one called.Went back next day still don't know where it is they will call no one called again.Today I called and asked for a supervision no one was available,was told Eric would call me.No phone call again.I called later in the day and was told Jack would called me back in five minutes.Two hours later here I sit no phone call seriously.Customer service girls were fine overworked, have to answer phone and handle walkups and returns.While waiting I counted 7 employees standing around talking to each avoiding the backlog at the customer service desk.I guess Ill cancel and try Home depo or some of the local tile shops.Still can't believe how a store that big treats its customers. Update: Got a call from a manager standard corporate response were sorry.He can now tell his boss the complaint was handled.
