EDIT: I went today to the garden center and loaded 20 heavy 15 inch bricks by myself onto the cart (one worker looked at me and quickly disappeared). Got to the cashier and said I got all these loaded but could someone please help me put them in my truck. She said sure, I waited 10 minutes and no one showed. I started loading them myself and a nice customer going into the store stopped and helped me. 1 star instead of 3 from my previous experience. This Lowes was great when they first opened, the employees were plentiful and helpful. Now you are lucky if you can find an associate and luckier if they help you. I went the other day for screen help and was treated like I was bothering the guy for asking for help. Today I went with the intention of purchasing tile, a toilet and a sink with faucet. Found the tile I wanted but was not able to get the rest of the stuff as no one would help me get it. The only department that has really been helpful is the paint dept. Unfortunately they are the only big store in the area so we are stuck with substandard service if we don't want to travel to the other end of the city. Thankfully they seem to be pretty well stocked.

Well organized & stocked... Overall excellent store to shop for building projects & more. The staff were very polite & asked us if we've found what we were looking for and gave us some recommendations plus some advice. I was very impressed on my time spent at this location and will definitely recommend everyone to shop at this location! I am actually awaiting for another opportunity to come back again so I can browse more of this store. Checkout was quick and easy. Plus the parking lot is quite large and versatile for loading & unloading all of your building/ gardening needs! Thanks lowes! Until next my next project!.

This visit to Lowe's was better than other times I have been to this Lowe's. I was able to actually talk to an employee and they actually help me find what I needed.

I got a lot of help to find what I needed and hello loading it into my car after purchase. Great experience.

I love lowes! There selection goes beyound construction materials includes electronics, garden, and specialry items in lighting and alarms. My only concern is that its hard to get help and some of the customer service desk women are stressed and sentitive when called out on mistakes. In general a good place to shop.
