Prices and availability of products are much better than the competition. Always stocked neatly and in order and easy to find items, and if you have trouble all of the associates are friendly and helpful! I always choose Lowes before other stores.

Been to several Lowes prior, however my visit to the Wallingford Lowe's was the best I was helped by a gentleman named Allen in the electrical department who made my visit that much easier way to go Allen and keep up the good work

Worst service ever. I ordered a washing machine, promised that it will be here by 10 am, and still have yet to receive it. They stated that the driver was not answering the phone and will not be here till the next day. On top of that, im not the only customer that has not received there order! Never use Lowes, they use a third party and worse customer service I ever experienced

Ask, ask ask: "Where is . . . ?" "How do I . . . ?" As always, the associates are friendly and helpful, and if one can't answer my question(s), that one will find someone who can. They go out of their way; every time; even on Sunday at 7:05 am. The store is well-kept inside and out - (which is more than I can say for their direct competition, who doesn't seem to care about keeping litter swept away from their store entrance) - Recommend this store highly.

I will only shop here, do not like Home Depot. It's always very clean and and organized, I can always find what I'm looking for unlike Home Depot where it hard to find anything, because it's always disorganized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the manager is awesome. I love shopping here, have never had a bad experience at all here. I've had plenty at Home Depot
