They have a great selection of flowers the lady at the checkout outside with the short hair very unfriendly .. I have dealt with her on a couple of occaisions and she seems not intrested

It's hit and miss, alot of times I have trouble getting help here. Never enough employees to go around... Still a ok place for things you might need just don't go there if you might need help finding something.

Extremely poor customer service. Actually had a service member yell at me for picking up a box by the straps. I wanted to purchase a combo drill set, now there are no signs that state do not pull on the straps anywhere. The device on the top looks like a sensor that would go off if you took it out of the building without removal. Ever since Stuart the store manager left this location customer service has declined rapidly. I'am still waiting on a phone call from the new manager regarding hardware for my blinds that I purchased a year ago?? I have placed 8 calls and left messages each time. When I walked the location today I must have passed 12 employees easy and only one said hello and asked if I needed help finding something. Whatever happened to customer service. You should take your customer sign down and call it, "I get to you when I can station".

Extremely Unprofessional and Terrible Customer Service. I own several homes and am a regular Lowe's customer in and around the Lakeland area. I have always enjoyed excellent service from Lowe's employees and Managers right up until I did business with this store. I was remodeling a kitchen close by so decided to purchase all the appliances at this store - Big Mistake. Employees in Customer Service were so incompetent they could not process my credit card correctly. One employee became so frustrated with her own shortcomings that she began mumbling expletives to herself and finally decided to loudly announce to all within hearing range that my card was "declined." How unprofessional and embarrassing. I immediately explained a fraud warning came from MasterCard to my phone, that I authorized the payment and she could now process the card again. The employee lied to other Customer Service employees by saying in a loud tone, "This man credit card was decline three times and he want me to run it again. It done declined three time already!" She announced this loudly - twice - so that all employees and customers in the area could hear. Finally, a Manager arrived and I was actually feeling as though someone competent will now just process the card and I'll be on my way out of this place but nooooooooo. The incompetent employee lies to the Manager in saying that the card was declined on three occasions. The Manager asks me nothing and simply announces that they can't run the card again after three times. I was dumbfounded by the ignorance of these people - truly shocked that Lowe's would hire people like this. With so many Lowe's stores in the area, I highly recommend steering clear of this one - the ignorance at this store is pervasive.
