I must say that I enjoy every time I go to Lowes, specifically at this location. The customer service is incredibly good. I've always been pleased with their customer service, but today it went above and beyond. I probably spoke with five different employee about different items and all of theme were so helpful. Thank you guys for your service and all you do at Loews.

Ms. Shanique made my visit super easy.  I had no idea where to find the items I needed, she not only took my to the location to find my items, but stayed with me to make sure i found what I was looking for.  She is a great asset to your company, thanks for having such a wonderful employee.

last night went to the store, ,I need help wait for 35 min!!! nobody show up;  even though you find help  after 35 min. I ask an employee for an item   do not have;  even though they have it!!  employee answer sorry this is not my department!!  employees just counting hours, do not want to work, this is not happening only once or twice. this is only happen at that location, i did try other location for lowe's they are really helpful.

I placed and order  through the website to be picked up the store.  My web experience went well with no problems placing and paying for the order.  

The issue started with the pickup service provided the Lowes Store located at 1300 W Osceola Park Way Kissimmee Fl 34741.  I stop by the location at 12:25pm to pickup my item to find no one working the counter labeled internet pickup and despite counting 10 employees in red vest and three in blue vest repeatedly walking by no one bothered to assist until I forced my way into another line to request assist after waiting 45 minutes for help.  

Then the representative by the name of Moses assisted me but handed me a box that had clearly been opened and returned as an unacceptable.  I explained I purchased a new item and wanted the new item I purchase. Moses stated that was all he had in his area and made not effort to assist with obtaining a new unopened item that I purchased. He then stated the item was new and unused. Since I had waited for so long to pick up the item and was already late returning back to work I accepted the item and left.  

Upon returning to work I discovered the item did not work at all and had clearly been used and returned as I first suspected.  I immediately contacted the store and online sale with no assistance given in the matter.  Stay Away go to Home Depot around the corner

I wish there was an option for zero stars. If you need help, don't worry about finding anyone. They just tell you "I don't know" and turn around and continue working. Workers try to avoid customers. Couldn't even get a key made.
