I like shopping at lowes, the problem is any lowes that I have been in to get any help out on the floor is next to impossible. If you can find someone they are very brief in helping you, but most generally, I can't even find anyone. Service is extremely terrible!

Huge shout out to Herkimer Lowe's! After an untimely stove fire yesterday, they responded and worked tirelessly to deliver our new stove and dishwasher within a few hours and saved our holidays! Their staff on the the phone was so helpful and their delivery crew was exceptional! We could not have been more satisfied with their customer service and the level of caring and compassion their staff exhibited! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work! Thanks from all of us!

Very poor service ordered $4000 in merchandise over 2 weeks ago got email that said would arrive April 27th I took the day off at a cost of $200 lost in wages just to call them and they say we never sent that email well I still have email and date and time then they try and say may 12th a month after I ordered no thank you especially when I only live 30 miles from them. I settled for may 2nd but I am pissed right off with the quality of customer services and false advertising if you don't have the merchandise then don't say you do and if you don't how in the hell does it take 3 damn weeks to get it together this is so wrong in so many ways after this order is finished I'll never do business there ever again. Recommend you watch your online order if you ever wanna finish your project its not the way to do it .I waited long enough and this couldn't be more ridiculous coming from a "professional" business such as Lowes,.
