This is the worst Lowe's I have every been to. Today I purchased 10 PVC pipes. The employee charged me for twenty. I pulled up front to point this out. The heavy set man up front was very rude and said I have to see them and he refused to come to my car parked right out side to see them. So even though his employee made a mistake, I had to log all these log PVC pipes back into the store and on top of it he was so rude. Whatever happen to good customer service.

Excellent customer service. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A special thank you to Charles in kitchens for helping us in the appliance area. You made our appliance purchase pleasant and painless, thank you!

Overcharged on an item-had to walk back thru store 2 customer service-they didnt know what they were doing -most of the staff were rude-i returned rverything

Horrible customer service. Could not get anyone to assist in a kitchen remodel. Stood around for 40 minutes waiting for help, no one around. Went to customer service, spoke with store manager. Told him I have an estimate for $40, 000.00 and would like Lowe's to assist me. Was told by the manager employee in kitchens is at lunch, come back another time. We all have to eat! I called the corporate office to relay my experience. Was told that is not how Lowe's employees should answer their customers who request assistance and they pride themselves on great service. Was told by corporate "this is going to the top" and that someone would call me back in 24 hours. I made that call on Saturday and today is Wednesday the following week. Lowes is a joke when it comes to customer assistance. Who turns down a 40k sale without blinking an eye? Guess Lowe's just does not care about their customers and has plenty of money. From now on am going to treat Lowe's like a 7-11 store. Will only shop their if it is a convenience for me and a quick in and out for something minor I might want.
