Unfortunately becoming common with big box- went to get a couple more bags of paver sand I got a couple weeks earlier to finish a project. Totally out and not a soul around to confirm they were none on the 358000 sq ft of shelving in the store. Amazon- please open a contracting site with your awesome inventory ability and superior customer service.

Worse customer service around. I ordered 3 different times online, each time they had wrong item when I went to pick it up. Then they r rude about it, when they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They were suppose to issue me a store credit, but of course the person at customer service had no idea what they were doing so they said they refunded back to my card, and it would be immediately.... Ten days Later still no refund. I just called in to ask about it, and was cut off quickly and was told I would be called back.... I'm not holding my breath on that call back. Would give negative stars if possible. Update... Over course of year they have gotten much better

Was able to rent a Bissell to clean carpet at a reasonable pr8ce but they didnt have flats of winter pansies

Currently waiting 30+ minutes for them to bring up my online order with this sign right here. Edit: Ended up being 1 hour wait. Call ahead if you are picking up. Home Depot had my items waiting by the door I recommend heading there instead.

Sales employes very helpful, but i must say home depot prices are a lil better .
