I agree with most of the reviews about the service. You never know what you're going to get when it comes to customer service. This is a place for buying in bulk or getting things cheaper. If you're not sure what you need and will need help, go to Dyson Lumber. You pay more but they practically hold your hand and make sure you get the job done or they will special order what you need if they don't have it.

There are a few good people but most of them just don't care. I had one lazy forklift driver that just wanted to play on his phone, from garden section, give me two options, twice. Then when I choose the second option he provided, he said we're not going to do that. I asked him 'why would you give two options and then say you're not willing to do it?' He never answered me. Pat, the other guy in garden, took one look at my wife's angry face and then said he would help me load the truck. The lazy forklift driver just went back to his phone.

Bought a grill on Labor Day. Store offered free assembly if wanted to pickup 3 days later. I returned today which is 5 days later. Waited for 45 minutes and was told that they could not find anyone in that department. Went and got the 1 that I paid for and left. Will never return to this particular Lowe's

Terrible customer service. I asked customer service for lawn mower help, but nobody helped me in 20 minutes. Then Gary helped me out, that was very nice of him. You'd better improve your service, guys!

Even though I seem to spend my weekends here, I still have trouble finding things that should be easily.  It is always hit or miss with customer service - some days i get help immediately, other times I need to hunt people down for 15 minutes.

Store is good but don't ever use their online shop, in store pick up option. Every time I have used that option and go to pick up my item(s), I have spent at least 30 minutes each time waiting while they try and find my order. Ridiculous!!!
