Bought a dishwasher. Unfriendly salesman. Hardly talked. Lady at register was sweet. Was not offerred any extended warranty. Will call on my own...was just surprised at the complacency of the "salesman". Will go elsewhere next time.

I found a number of folks VERY helpful. You would have received 5 stars but unfortunately there was an elderly cashier who was quite rude and came across as not wanting to be there. As a result we did not receive our 10 percent discount. She quite obviously did not want to take the time to apply the discount. So we left with a poor taste in our mouths. Not about Lowe's just the lady. I might add that I'm 74 year's of age and just retried working with all kinds of people as a Supervisor and would have brought the officer into my office and given that officer two options.1 get a hold of yourself and be professional and polite. 2 GET ANOTHER JOB. Not happy at all with this Lowes. Bought paint that was supposed to be on sale, had papers to send into corporate, got a letter from them saying we did not qualify for the discount! Should have went to Sherwin-Williams, never a problem there! Never believe the people in the paint department at Lowes. They were not enjoying their jobs either! Stinky attitudes!

Would highly advise you to go somewhere else to have flooring installed. I paid to have flooring install and ran into many issues Included increased installation cost, lack of communication., and a Sub-Contractor that was deceitful.
