I love having a Lowes close by. However, I have actually counted on them twice to order or deliver something for me. Both times, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with an established business. I ordered a dryer online. Apparently that is not something that normally happens. They had four days to deliver it and I received an email from corporate right away. I never received a phone call to arrange delivery, so I called the store. She said it was on the truck, so we waited at home all day. We missed a family gathering, as well as anything else we wanted to do that day. By three in the afternoon, I called again. It was "lost in the system and they were so sorry and they would have it to me the next day at 4:00" When I called today, I was told the system was down and they couldn't deliver it to me. Why? Because I had ordered it online. I said "load it on a truck and drive it 15 minutes to my house... You've had the order for five days. It is in stock, and has been in stock. Why is this so difficult? The manager does not have the ability to do it, according to him.. The system is down and there is nothing he can do. I have been without a dryer and canceled my order. I will never ever ever work with them again where they have to do anything other than ring me up when I walk in. Ridiculous!

Ignorant employees. Don't try to get a credit card with them. They don't know if they're using the old or new system so they'll run it through both, ensuring that you won't be approved. Never again. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

This place sucks!!!! We had to load our trailer up by ourselves no one offers to help. Terrible service. If you want good service go to the diberville they have great service. We will never enter this place again!

Mr. Rodney service manager was knowledgeable and had great customer service skills..i could tell they are short staffed but he got me help from Andy or Andrew and he knew as much of not more..
