Awesome help today. Ralph in tools, Jose in lumber we're very friendly and helpful. Angela on front register was very patient and picked up on a sale price that was not ringing up by itself. I've always had a great experience with my purchases from Lowes. Ron one of the managers has always been very helpful with any issues I've had. I recently purchased a fridge and was able to get it delivered on a weekend, so i didn't have to miss work. After the fridge was installed the ice maker only made on batch of ice, after being on hold with customer service for 2 hours all they could do was send a tech out to fix the ice maker under the warranty that i purchased, however customer service said the warranty doesn't cover everything, so i could potentially have to pay extra money; if what was broken wasn't covered under warranty. That upset me, so I went down to the store, told Ron the issue and with in ten minutes he had it solved. They were out of the fridge I purchased, however Ron explained to me that they were getting the upgraded version of my fridge in stock the following week and he would be happy to do a switch out for me. Well I just received a call from Jimmy, the local delivery driver for lowes and he had me scheduled to receive the fridge swap-out on a Monday and I asked if we could schedule it to a weekend day, and he gladly changed my Monday delivery to a Saturday delivery. I would also like to give credit to Zach, one of the original delivery and installation techs from my first fridge being delivered. He was very helpful and showed me exactly how to program the new fridge and was very personable.

Good parking condition, Well maintained. At the current moment my girlfriend needed a electric cart but there wasn't much available. As we walked in no one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. We walked around for 20 min until someone finally asked us if we needed help. They were slightly helpful, only pointed were we needed to go. So we walked around for about 10 min until we found what we were looking for. There wasn't much options so we just left. As we were walking out there were a group of employees just stand in a circle talking. They had said nothing as we walked. All in all I like going to Lowe's for their low pricing on certain items but the staff's guest service needs improvement.

1-no help avail even when I asked a nearby associate. Finally just took item up front. 2-price on shelf wasn't for this item. 3-went back to shelf asked nearest associate about confusion, reaction was defensive and accusatory. 4-While talking to cashier and front lead, found same item at Home depot website and showed them. Was told "we don't match their prices". Finally front lead got approval (from store mgr Nick, who never came up to discuss) to charge posted price. NONE of this is tolerable.

I always make the drive to go to this location. Excellent parking and always helpful employees. It is well worth the drive.
