I've almost always been able to find what I need. Even some specialty items. The app is really helpful for that, too. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They will actually walk you to whatever you're looking for and help you get the parts that fit your needs. They carry soft copper that can be used for your HVAC pipe, but not the silver brazing rods.

Horrible Customer Service! Pain in the ass to get any help. When you do, they aren't very knowledgeable. Bought a nest thermostat and had to take a card to cashier, (there were about a dozen cards left) pay for it, then take to another desk so they can retrieve the item from a locked cage. After I had played for it they then told me they didn't have any in stock. I told the lady that there were about a dozen cards left on the aisle and she said that the employees for that section didn't know they were out. I suggested that she call back and let them know this and she ignored me. Next Visit: Tried to purchase a riding mower that their website showed to be in stock. Drove there (about 50 miles away) to find out they didn't have it in stock. Tried to order from website & it wouldn't allow me to check out. So I called their customer service where they found the mower in stock at another store. I purchased it & was promised delivery the following Thursday. On Wednesday the store called and said it would take 2 more weeks. I tried to call the store back & got hung up on several times. Called the main customer service number and explained what was going on. Was on hold getting transferred to a supervisor when they hung up on me. Had to call back & do it all over again. Was promised that a supervisor would call me back. The next day the store manager from the store that was supposed to have the mower in stock called me. I was finally told they would get the mower to me the following Thursday. Thursday morning I get a call from the store telling me it would be another two weeks. Then my wife gets a call from the store manager saying they would do a special delivery that Saturday. Decided to wait til Saturday & if no delivery then I would cancel. Saturday morning got another call from the store saying it would be 2 weeks from that day. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver saying they were on the way. They finally delivered it about an hour later. I will not order anything for delivery from them again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Answered all questions I had, and went above and beyond in assisting me which helped my building project to come out looking professional and well made. Thank you.

Always a five star experience. Great products and competitive pricing. But it's the customer service thatkeeps me coming back.
